Digital Products Policy
All logo purchases made through Brandliz are considered digital products. Once the logo has been approved by the client and the original source files have been delivered, the sale becomes final and non-refundable Due to the digital and customized nature of logos, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after delivery. We recommend carefully reviewing all previews, details, and specifications before giving final approval
Refund Conditions
During the modification and revision process, if you are not satisfied with the design, you may request a refund before final approval and delivery of the original source files.
Once the logo has been approved and the final files have been sent, the sale is considered complete and non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Files
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect file, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will promptly provide a corrected version of your logo file at no additional cost.
