Welcome to Brandliz. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and design services. By accessing or using Brandliz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Our Services
Brandliz offers creative brand identity design solutions, including but not limited to logo design, brand guidelines, and other related visual assets (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

3. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Brandliz and others
- Use our Services only for lawful purposes
- Refrain from attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final design files and deliverables produced by Brandliz become the exclusive property of the client. However, Brandliz reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement or proposal. Typically, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin a project, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to delivery of final assets.
Due to the creative nature of our work, refunds are generally not available once design services have been rendered. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.
6. Revisions
Each design package includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur an extra fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandliz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use or inability to use our Services.
8. Modifications to These Terms
Brandliz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on this page, along with the updated “Last updated” date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
